Our templates vary in layout offering something for everyone, whether you want a lined or box layout, with description, notes or extra images, we are sure one of templates will suit your needs.

Full Control

We think our software is one of the best out there...and we are very proud of it too! It is a full scale design studio that allows you practical control over your design (*With a few limitations) You can create any calendar layout you like based on the calendar templates we offer as a starting base, adding logos, captions, multiple images etc...

(*As the software is driven by a template, the calendar date templates are not editable themselves, this ensures nothing goes wrong with your calendar design. - we think its very important that your design doesn't go wrong!)

The main emphasis for these requirements would be the following items:

• Correct Document Size - Including Bleeds
  • Preferably with crop marks, but not essential
• Correct Colour Space - CMYK
  • Although you can supply your files in RGB, a colour conversion will most likely occur
• Supply file with sufficient Margins
  • By not allowing ample margins to your file, printing can be difficult, we recommend at least 8mm from the bleed edge, this would be 5mm form your trim edge
• Resoluton of File
  • Your print ready file and elements included within should be at 300dpi at intended print size as a bare minimum.
• Include a 3mm Bleed
  • Probably the single biggest thing that can help us, at least 3mm bleed is required - this is an EXTRA 3mm around your file - Please Note: This extra 3mm is NOT white space, it would be what ever your background colour or image is, extended past the required trim size.

Beware Free Software and Microsoft Software

We understand that not everyone is a professional at creating artwork and may not have access to professional software that makes supplying a print ready file easy. This is one of the reasons we offer our fantastic Design online software which is free to use and creates a print ready file when you place your order with us!

You may have microsoft software or have downloaded free software to create your calendar in, however be aware outputs from programs such as these almost certainly require intervention by us and are officially not classed as 'Print Ready' if this is the case. These may print to your desktop printer just fine, but are rarely well suited for output with a commercial printer.

  • The software is great, but can take some time to get used to, All our designers use this software, day in day out so know how to get the best out of it!
• Aesthetic Design
  • It may not occur to you, but design is really all about aesthetics - and placement of elements on the page can severely impact or affect the aesthetic. Our designers all have a symapthetic 'design eye' when creating calendars to ensure these designs look their best!
• Colours & Fonts
  • Our designers have control over the Date sections and usually modify colours to suit your logos, creating more of a branded feel to your calendar. In some cases we can use your corporate font.
• Resoluton of Files
  • What makes a good calendar great? Images...Our team make sure that the images you provide us fit the spaces and also are of sufficient quality, advising you every step of the way. If we feel you need to supply a better image we will let you know. Rest assured you are in safe hands when it comes to quality using our designers!
• Best Of All?
  • Other than supply us the information and images, you don't have to do any thing, we do all the hard work for you and you can take all the credit!
