Our standard lead times start from the date of Proof Approval (not the date of placing your order)

These lead times are simply a guide and subject to change, and do NOT include delivery days.

For Calendars below 250 copies, Greeting Cards, Desk Pads, Flyers, Door Hangers and Key Card Wallets, the standard lead time is: 9 working days from the date of proof approval.

For Calendars above 250 copies and All Softcover Book products, the standard lead time is 11 working days from the date of proof approval.

For Hardback and Ring Bound Book products, the standard lead time is 16 working days from the date of proof approval.

Please note that our lead times may extend during our ‘peak’ months (August to December)

Our website will be kept up to date with any changes to our lead times.

Please note that our EXPRESS SERVICE shipping option is a manufacturing lead time and does NOT include proofing or delivery times.

If your order is completed before the standard lead time, our team will ship the order as soon as possible!
