Delivery Service

We use 'Tuffnells' Express who we have found to be the most reliable and cost effective of all of the delivery service providers available. Tuffnells Express is a next day service before 5.30pm. However in the terms and conditions provided by Tuffnells they devolve themselves of any responsibility for the parcel taking longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances such as human error or mechanical breakdown.

Home Deliveries

We normally despatch to business addresses. If you need your order despatched to a residential address there is a delivery surcharge of £7.50. Delivery cost is included in the price for all calendar orders excluding the home address surcharge. Please bear this in mind when providing an address for delivery.

Northern & Southern Ireland

All orders shipped to Northern& Southern Island are as standard £36.00. For orders over £125.00 the delivery charge is £18.00. Please also note that the Residential Address delivery surcharge applies to all orders shipped to these locations.

Remote Deliveries

Delivery charges to remote areas such as the Highlands, Wales and Northumbria are as standard at £12.00. For orders over £125.00 delivery is charged at £8.00 - Please note that the home delivery surcharge still applies for deliveries to residential addresses in remote areas.

Premium Delivery

We can also offer a mid day premium service for £18.00 which covers most areas of the country. We would recommend this service for any urgent deliveries as this is the closest we can get to a guaranteed next day service. (Residential Address surcharge also applies)

If a parcel is late or is misdirected there is an infrastructure to enable us to track the parcel, but none of this will work if a member of Tuffnells staff has made a mistake or not filled in the relevant paper work correctly

We will endeavor to help and assist you in every way possible in the case of missing or late delivery but some circumstances are simply out of our control.
