Bleed is the inclusion of 3mm extra around the finished file size. We also have to take into consideration a 5mm sensitive area on the inside from the edge of the file. This means that any 'sensitive information' stays and does not get cut off during the finishing process.

Use this if your images are huge in digital or physical size. By Email: Emails are great if they get through. We get sent a lot of emails everyday and as such our inbox gets full very quickly. The proof will be an accurate representation of what your finished calendar will look like, the only
difference may be that the colours could vary slightly. Technical Questions
Why do the price lists not work on my computer? - CLICK HERE
The main reason for the price lists not working on your computer will almost certainly be down to which Internet browser you are using. The site has been designed around Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 and above. Other browsers such as opera and firefox experience difficulties when viewing the price lists. We are aware of the problem and are working on a solution to this. Until such time we recommend the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer to view the price lists.
Why does my email not get through to you? - CLICK HERETell us which calendar template you wish to use and the images you have chosen from the online image gallery or your own images you have provided either by uploading them to our FTP server or by posting in a CD containing your images. For more detail on providing your images click on (How do I supply my own images) We will then email a confirmation of the price and post your proof. Email relies upon several factors and destination points to work correctly. If any of these fail we will not receive your email - for instance: if someone sends us a 20mb email, our email box is full until our server grabs the mail and downloads it. Our servers grab mail every fifteen minutes. We recommend that any urgent files are FTP’d and only small files such as information and text are sent via email. How do I supply my database for personalised printing? - CLICK HEREIf you are using one of our personalisation solutions such as calendars you will need to supply us your database of customers. These can be sent in any database format, however we do prefer them to be sent as Excel files. You can either simply save the spreadsheet or export the data. We always check your database before commencing any print run, and will inform you if you need to make any adjustments to the database. Specification Questions

What colour and thickness is the backing board used on the calendars? - CLICKWe use a 650micron white card board backing. We can use a 750micron grey board which is thicker but not as popular due to poeples preference for a white board. Can I have each month printed on the reverse of each page? - CLICK HEREYes we do this on our six, seven and eight page calendars but the cost saving is not very much compared to our twelve and thirteen page calendars which is why they aren't very popular. |
